CHCL strives to improve access to health care across all age groups, reduce health disparities in the community,
and improve the quality of life for residents of Lubbock and its surrounding communities.
We have designed a service delivery model to care for the whole person at every stage of life.
The Center offers patients a comprehensive array of services as well as provides prescription assistance to assure
that patients have access to the medications they need to manage their health conditions.
We strive to provide the highest quality of care and are a Joint Commission Accredited program, and meet state standards for licensing and certification.
CHCL has achieved great success due to our partnerships with numerous groups and organizations, including UMC Health System, Covenant Health System,
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and United Supermarkets. These partnerships further the operational effectiveness of our mission -
"Providing quality primary and preventative health care services to those in need."
