No Show Policy

To ensure we can provide timely care to all our patients:

  • No Show Policy: If an appointment is missed, a no-show fee of $25 may be applied.
  • Multiple No-Shows [Effective June 2026]: Patients with 3 or more missed appointments in a 6-month period may be limited to same-day or walk-in appointments, subject to availability.
  • Why This Policy Exists: This policy helps us keep appointments available for everyone and ensures our team can provide the best care possible.
